Place: The Wine Farm is located on the border between Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio, along the Wine Road of the Etruscan-Roman, in a splendid panoramic position among the rolling hills and farmland, just 10 minutes' drive from Orvieto.

 

Exposition: South-east

 

Altitude: 315 mt. above sea level.

 

Soil: soils are composed of clay marl and are richer in limestone deposits. It is ideal for growing grapes and producing wine of the highest quality.

 

Buildings: farmhouse in good condition (340 sqm) + outbuilding used as a warehouse, storage and tool shed (220 sqm) + wine cellar with shed (400 sqm) + farmhouse (415 sqm) to be restored + farmhouse (320 sqm) to be restored. The buildings are distant from each other a few hundred meters and enjoy exclusive and private access.

 

Surface covered: 1,695 smq. approx.

 

Farmhouse No 1: 340 sqm, in good condition, space, located near a wine cellar and is used for business purposes.

  • 42 hectares of vineyards for the production of typical local red and white wines DOC and I.G.T.;
  • 30 hectares of arable land cultivated in rotation with various types of cereals;
  • 35 hectares of woodland;
  • 2 hectares of olive grove with 250 trees in production.

 

Grape varieties: Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Procanico, Grechetto, Malvasia, Drupeggio, Verdello.

 

Production of wine (actual): 30,000 bottles per year.

 

Production of wine (max): up to 450,000 bottles a year (using all the grapes grown on 42 hectares of vineyard and winery expanding further 3000 sqm).
