  • The total capacity of wine tanks: 20,000 hectoliters of which 14,000 in stainless.
  • 16 tanks for a total of 6,300 Hectoliters are provided with interspaces for the circulation of chilled water, and connected to the system of the cold production capacity of 120,000 frigories / hour.
  • Underground cellar is home to 32 barrels of Slavonian oak 100, 50 and 25 hectoliters each, for a total of 2,000 hectoliters. Here the temperature is of course between 12 and 14 degrees, all year round.
  • Sparkling process: a group of four autoclaves, for a total of 300 hectoliters, with gaps for heat and cold.
  • The refining operations are realized with the use of a fossil flour filter, a filter layer, a plant for tartaric stabilization in continuous from 15 hectoliters per hour, of a plant for sterile filtration membranes on micro filter.
  • The bottling line has an operational capacity of 2,000 pieces / hour. The equipment installed are among the most modern, they require only 4 workers in conditions of full operation.
  • The laboratory equipped for microbiological, physica andl chemical analyzes of wines and control of the main parameters of quality of both raw materials and finished products.
  • Production achievable with grapes of the company amounts to about 850,000 bottles.

 

Land: The estate occupies 108.94 hectares, divided into 33 plots of land, all easily accessible via country roads and cart tracks in ordinary condition, including

  • 82.25 hectares of vineyards renovated in 2006;
  • 4 hectares of olive groves;
  • 13 hectares of arable land;
  • fruit orchards;
  • 7.6 hectares of coppice.
