Description

 
Place: The Agricultural Farm is located in Central Italy, in the hills south of the city of Gubbio which is about 10 km and 30 km from Assisi and Perugia.

Altitude: 500 mt. above sea level.

 

Surface covered: 3,495 smq.

 

Buildings: farmhouse (1,050 sqm) + church + ancient barn (360 sqm) + 4 farm outbuildings (405 sqm; 500 sqm; 200 sqm; 380 sqm) + ruin (600 sqm).

 

Farmhouse: of 1,050 square meters on two floors. composed by

  • main apartment;
  • restaurant;
  • Franciscan church (national monument);
  • small apartment;
  • 6 bedrooms with bathrooms, TV, telephone used for holiday farmhouse;
  • common areas.

 

Conditions: The Farmhouse built in different periods between 1100 and 1800 has been completely renovated in the 90s, respecting all anti-seismic laws. In the last 3 years were carried out, also, small maintenance jobs both internally and externally, the whole presents itself, so, in excellent condition.

 

Church: a small Franciscan chapel, saved with the restoration of the complete degradation of recent years, this is the oldest part of the entire company. According to legend, here St. Francis of Assisi has prayed during his journey to Gubbio. The chapel stands along the Franciscan way between Assisi to Gubbio.

 

Old barn: of 360 square meters on one floor. Rebuilt in the years '96 / '97 respecting the laws aseismic and environmental constraints. Сonsisting of

  • 10 bedrooms, all with bathroom, air conditioning and telephone.

 

Systems: The buildings mentioned above are fully equipped with

  • heating gas systems;
  • solar panels;
  • air conditioners;
  • water system is powered by 3 wells with full equipment for cleaning and descaling according to law, all purchased in 2004.

 

Farm outbuildings:  all rebuilt in the years 2000/2001/2010

Laboratory: The bigger annex consists of a workshop about 100 square meters for the processing of alimentary products: jams, pasta, pastry; also has new equipment (purchase 2007) for honey extraction of the 52 hives existing in the company, as beekeepers with regional authorization.

 

Ruin: of about 600 square meters on two floors with parts of the roof and walls still exist of particular historical interest.

 

Land: 102 hectares of agricultural land, in single unit divided in 3 parts as crossed by two roads (municipal and provincial). The largest part of 62 hectares, where all the buildings and outbuildings, is fenced fully closed with a fence of 1.75 mt, for a perimeter of 5.5 km.

Certificates: certification A.I.A.B. (Italian Association for Organic Agriculture).

 

Machinery & agricultural equipment:  agricultural tractors and equipment needed for crops, all in perfect condition.

 

Breeding: deers and Sardinian donkeys.

 

Apiculture: 52 hives with regional authorization.

Water: connection to the municipal water supply, 3 wells with full equipment for cleaning and descaling. For the irrigation of  the garden and orchard was built a pipeline from Lake, site about 500 meters from the  buildings.

 

Electricity: connected. In the two outbuildings (200 sqm and 380 sqm) are installed photovoltaic panels for a total of 60kw, put into operation in October 2010

 

Gas: connected.

 

Phone: telephon line with ADSTL. To the 'company is also a repeater Vodafone, where is perceived an annual fee.
