History: It is a convent dedicated to Mary, whose symbol appears in the bottom-relief in wooden gates and inside. There is depiction of the Virgin in the fresco above the old entrance. Before it was expropriated by Napoleon Bonaparte for his war purposes it was used by cloistered nuns.
Conditions: The structure is almost perfect, requires a minimum expenditure for final personalization, in order to make a usable Residence.It was in fact inhabited until just 20 years ago. Has just been made the revision and arrangement of the roof, it just shaved the plaster of the Chapter Hall and fix the open zone to show the history of the plaster up to the original, restoring the plumbing, electrical and telephone, already present, putting them under. For the rest it is all in very good condition.
