Place: The farm is located about 3 km from a village, in the hilly agricultural area with excellent vocation for Cattle Breeding for production of the milk for Parmigiano-Reggiano.

 

Altitude: 410 mt. above sea level.

Storage of manure: The building was built together with the stable but shows little signs of slowing in the wall against land. The reservoir placed higher serves as storage of manure and slurry is filtered into the basin below and  as the need arises is emptied by tankers.

 

Hayloft and storage of agricultural machinery: The building was built later at the stable, is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete (beams, panels, pillars and roof) with asbestos cement roofing.

The house is in good condition: the finishes and fixtures have been renewed with the renovation but needs restoration work on the facade and roof renovation.
